Terms of service

Any service is refundable up to 24 hours prior to the date and time of the booking. No changes or cancellations are possible within 24 hours prior to the service.

At the airport, the driver will wait up to 1 hour and 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time of the flight. At locations outside the airport, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time of the service. Passenger no-shows are non-refundable.
